Notice of Public Hearing Proposed SB1383 Solid Waste Service Rate Increase-

50% of protest ballots were not submitted to the District by property owners, therefore the ballot protest fails, and the board of directors approved this item. The garbage rate increase will take effect February 1, 2023,
